Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
SaaSolutions SL, based in Ceuta, Spain, is responsible for personal data it processes in connection with SaaSolution Drive. Questions and rights requests can be sent to hello@saasolution.es.
What the app may process
Depending on the features you choose and the final release configuration, the app may process:
- Account and subscription information needed to provide the service.
- Beta-application details such as your name, email, organization or intended use, country, platform, approximate test size and operational readiness.
- Files, folders and backup metadata that you expressly select.
- Storage-provider connection details, protected using the security facilities of your device where supported.
- Device, app-version and privacy-safe diagnostic information used to maintain reliability.
- Optional location information when you enable a location-aware unlock condition.
- Advertising-consent choices on an ad-supported plan.
Your files and storage provider
SaaSolution Drive is designed around a provider-neutral storage layer. Files you select may be transmitted to the storage provider configured for your account. That provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply. The app does not claim access to another application’s private database; messaging backups are limited to exports, media or folders you select through the operating system.
Why data is used
Data may be used to assess and respond to beta applications, issue the correct download, provide requested app functions, secure accounts and connections, complete backups or restores, manage subscriptions, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Product-update emails are sent only when separately requested. Depending on the activity, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, consent, compliance with law, or a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.
Permissions and choices
Folder access, notifications, background work, location and advertising consent are requested only when relevant to a feature. You can decline optional permissions, revoke them in device settings, change consent choices in the app where available, or stop a scheduled backup. Some features cannot work without their required permission.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be shared only as needed with your chosen storage provider, infrastructure and support providers, app-store and billing providers, or advertising and consent providers on an ad-supported plan. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect users and the service. Final release partners will be identified before launch.
Retention and security
Personal data, including beta applications and related correspondence, is kept only for as long as needed for evaluation, onboarding, support, contractual or legal requirements, dispute handling and security. Applicants may request deletion when those requirements no longer apply. The app is designed to use platform-protected credential storage and restricted, user-selected access. No technical system can guarantee absolute security, so important backups should be independently verified.
Your data-protection rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority.
International transfers and children
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate legal safeguards will be used where required. SaaSolution Drive is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to an information-society service in their country; a parent or guardian should manage use where required.
Changes and contact
This policy may change as the app, providers and legal requirements develop. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page. Contact hello@saasolution.es with privacy questions.
